PRODUCE PRODUCTION CLERK

Location: McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2

THE ROLE

 Produce Production Clerks are responsible for the proper filling and rotation of our displays to ensure all products meet our high standards for freshness and quality, as well as providing excellent customer service.

• Trim, water, and merchandise produce.
• Rotate and cull produce to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Cut, prepare, wrap produce for reduced sale.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Gain knowledge of store products and produce growing seasons.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• The ability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings , evenings, and weekends.
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods of time, work in a cool environment, and lift up to 50lbs.
• The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• The ability to work well within a team.
• Previous retail/customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!
