The Role
As the Process Manager – Sizing and Fulfillment, you’ll lead the team responsible for launching every custom Rebel uniform journey—the sizing phase. You’ll manage the fulfillment of sizing kits and garments with precision and speed, ensuring every client’s first experience with Rebel is exceptional.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with a background in warehouse ops, fulfillment, or process management who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and help build the backbone of our custom order process.
What You’ll Do
📦 Lead the Team
Train, coach, and manage a crew of 3 associates running day-to-day sizing
operations.
🎽 Fulfill with
Precision
Oversee the preparation, inventory, quality control, and on-time shipping of
all sizing kits and try-on garments.
📊 Track It All
Maintain detailed records of sizing kits throughout the send-and-return
lifecycle—accuracy is everything.
🤝 Collaborate Across
Teams
Work closely with production, sales, and customer service to sync sizing
workflows with the entire customer journey.
📝 Build Better Systems
Refine and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure
consistency, speed, and top-tier quality.

Maintain an organized, compliant, and motivating workspace—because a clear
floor = a clear mind.

Analyze, iterate, and optimize—constantly seeking ways to improve throughput,
accuracy, and team performance.
Who You Are
📦 3+ years of experience
in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics
👥
Proven team leadership skills—you know how to manage and motivate
📈
Strong organizational and communication chops with killer attention to detail
🔧
Comfortable with inventory management systems and tracking tools
🧑💻
Salesforce or Shopify experience? Bonus points!
👕
Background in apparel, uniforms, or custom product industries is highly
preferred
💪
Willing and able to lift, move, and work on the warehouse floor—this is a
roll-up-your-sleeves role
Working Conditions
This role operates primarily in a warehouse environment and includes physical tasks such as lifting, organizing, and moving product. Occasional desk work and administrative coordination are also part of the job.
