Summary of Position: The Process Manager – Sizing and Fulfillment is responsible for overseeing the operations related to the initial sizing phase of Rebel Athletic’s custom cheerleading uniforms. This role leads a small team focused on the preparation, management, and fulfillment of sizing kits and sample garments, ensuring a high level of accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse and process management experience, capable of creating and refining systems that support optimal workflow, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 3 associates managing the sizing process for custom uniforms.
• Oversee the preparation, quality control, inventory, and shipment of sizing kits and try-on garments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of sizing materials.
• Maintain detailed tracking of garments and kits throughout the sizing and return lifecycle.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to align sizing workflows with overall order processes.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that supports team productivity and safety compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or process management.
• Proven experience in team leadership, training, and workflow optimization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, logistics software, and digital tracking tools.
• Salesforce or Shopify experience is a plus.
• Background in apparel, uniforms, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift/move products and work in a hands-on operational environment.
Working Conditions:
This role operates primarily in a warehouse environment and requires physical activity such as lifting, moving, and organizing product. Occasional desk and administrative work will also be required.
