Introduction:


We are seeking a friendly and organized Pro Shop Customer Service Clerk to join our team and provide excellent customer service to golfers. The Pro Shop Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for handling golfer check-ins, answering calls, booking tee times, and washing golf carts. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  This would be a great job for someone that's retired and just wants to get out and have fun.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle golfer check-ins, including verifying reservation details and collecting payment

  • Answer calls, including booking tee times and taking messages as needed

  • Washing golf carts

  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized at all times

  • Provide excellent customer service to golfers, including assisting with questions and concerns

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Golf experience helpful but not required; Must be over 21 years of age

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

  • Proficiency with computer systems and handling money
