About LBI: LBI National Golf and Resort, formerly known as Sea Oaks Golf Club, masterfully combines a breathtaking 18-hole championship golf course with the finest in country club amenities, to create a public golf facility like no other. The role of the Golf Shop Attendant is to assist the Golf Operations Manager in golf course operations and service the guests who call or visit the Pro Shop. 

·        Promote and portray the VIVÂMEE Values.

·        Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.

·        Opening and disarming the burglar alarm of the golf shop building.

·        Opening the register, starting the coffee, and distributing radios and t-sheets to the staff scheduled to work.

·        Keeping the golf shop clean and orderly throughout the day (making sure the floors are vacuumed during the day and each night before leaving).

·        Collecting Greens Fees from each golfer.

·        Answering questions concerning the golf course including layout, speed of greens, condition, membership, daily rates, and tee-time availability.

·        Recording tee-times throughout the day.

·        Closing out and balancing the register at the end of the day.

·        Securing all doors and arming the burglar alarm for the golf shop+

·        Taking the day’s deposit and closeout sheets to Chateau Renault Hotel office for deposit into the office safe, place a copy of close out sheet on Golf Operations Manager’s Desk and place a copy in Manager of Finance mail box.

·        Must be able to lift at least a minimum of 50 lbs.
