Job Description:

Castor Medical Supplies is seeking a skilled PRN Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care support on an as-needed basis, including CPAP and BiPAP management. This flexible role is ideal for a professional looking to deliver high-quality care while collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures, including CPAP and BiPAP setup, management, and troubleshooting.

• Assess and monitor patient responses to therapies, making adjustments to care as needed.

• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care, including proper CPAP and BiPAP usage.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license.

• Proven experience in respiratory therapy, with expertise in CPAP and BiPAP management.

• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Flexible availability for PRN shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
