We are a bustling skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our expanding in-house therapy team. We see a diverse mix of orthopedic and neurological conditions with short term rehab and long-term care residents. Our veteran team of therapists is a great group for new grads seeking mentorship and there is opportunity to build amazing patient centered programs in memory care, wound care, falls prevention, and many more!

Qualifications:

• Have a valid Physical Therapy license
• Long- term care experience preferred but welcome other clinical backgrounds

Requirements of the job:

· Valid state license

· Completion of accredited therapy program

· Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
