Case Specific: Multiple pediatric patients in the Monmouth area needing nursing care during school hours and at home outside of school

Castor Home Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to work one-on-one with multiple pediatric patients in the Monmouth area. These children require a nurse to attend school with them during the day and provide care at home before and/or after school hours.

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients at school

• Monitor and record vital signs and health status throughout the school day

• Administer medications and treatments per care plan

• Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and healthcare providers

• Provide home care before and/or after school as needed

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred (training provided)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
