Locations: Moline, Geneseo, and Andover, Illinois
Hours Available: School-day shifts attending children in class, plus home care hours before/after school (flexible scheduling available)

Castor Home Nursing is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for multiple pediatric patients who require nursing support during the school day. You’ll attend school with the child to ensure their safety, comfort, and health needs are met—then continue care at home outside of school hours.

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients at school

• Administer medications and treatments per care plan

• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition throughout the day

• Offer home care before/after school to support the child’s daily needs

• Communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers for seamless care coordination

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred (training provided)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
