• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Partner with and educate families to participate in their child’s care journey

• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed

• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care

• Advocate for patient comfort, safety, and well-being
