Private Duty EMT/Paramedic In Watertown, MA

Position: Private Duty EMT/Paramedic
Location: Watertown, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour


Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty EMT/Paramedic to provide care for a client with Cerebral Palsy (CP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and providing companionship to the client during the specified hours.

Responsibilities:
- Assist client with ADLs, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical personnel
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client

Requirements:
- Valid EMT certification
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly CP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Reliable transportation to and from the client's location

- Ability to independently lift 70 pounds

- Have access to reliable transportation
