Community Relations & Marketing Liaison (FullTime / Exempt / Salaried) - Rural Hospital
Northern Cochise Community Hospital (NCCH) is a Critical Access Hospital with two rural health clinics looking to fill a Full-Time (Exempt/Salaried) position for Community Relations & Marketing Liaison (Not Remote).
Candidate must have up beat aptitude, work alongside other team members at all levels of the organzation and/or community, problem solve and deliver the highest quality customer service and marketing. Requires the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others including senior leaders, administrators, managers, vendors, community partners, affiliated hospitals and services within TMC Health, and other health care industry personnel.

The ability to focus on community health improvement, outreach and engagement, and business development.
The ability to develop strategies and programs that represent the business favorably and which create a positive relationship with our community, partners, patients, and customers.
The ability to successfully communicate with and provide relevant information as the key liaison for community relations, marketing, branding, social media and other resources.
Acts as project manager for special projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures, recruitment and engagement materials, and other multi-media.
Demonstrate community liaison relationship building, leadership ability and potential managerial competency.
Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.
The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to healthcare outreach to connect community, area leaders and other into our mission, vision and values.
Must be flexible with work hours with a willingness to represent the organization at community events, including some Saturdays, weekends and evenings, as needed.
The ability to effectively use advanced technology to deliver high quality materials, presentations and outreach.
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude and ability to effectively use computer software programs, social media and other resources.
Participates as member of PIO team for emergency response.
Works under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
