PQAS Instructor
- Ensuring that all employees are trained in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Creating lesson plans for each training session and teaching sessions on topics such as conflict resolution or stress management
- Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for new employees in conjunction with human resources staff
- Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals, and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner
- Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement
- Scheduling and overseeing classroom instruction by instructors
- Developing curriculums for new classes or updates to existing ones
- Maintaining attendance records during training sessions to ensure that all employees attend
- Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules
- Must Travel
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
