Powder Room Supervisor

Responsibilities: (what you will be doing)

• Monitor production, solve issues and keep workflow running smoothly.
• Ensure production is completed by requirements.
• Operate equipment effectively.
• Set up and operate machine.
• Operate auxiliary machines or equipment used in Powder room.
• Record operational data on specified forms.
• Lead, motivate and promote safety while ensuring a quality product.

Requirements: (what it takes to be successful)

• A plus to be Bilingual (Spanish & English, preferred but not required)
• Powder coat Experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Must be highly motivated
• Attention to detail and have a strong drive to succeed
• Must pass a competency test and pre-employment physical including a drug screen
• Self-Starter
• Familiarity with 5S
• Ability to work with computers
• Manage people and Culture in Powder room
