Position Summary 

The Post Frame Field Coordinator will be responsible for high level communication between Summertown customer service, contractors, and customers. In this role, you will oversee 7-10 crews in the field. Daily decision making is required with builders and on jobsites to facilitate the timely completion of projects. 

Essential Functions 

·         Point of contact for contractors 

·         Ensure projects are on track for completion within projected timeframes 

·         Monitoring app for added jobs and job changes 

·         Work with CS and builders to ensure repair completion 

·         Maintain accountability for coordination of field crews 

·         Final inspections  

·         Highest levels of communication between all parties to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction 

Job Requirements 

·         Minimum high school or equivalent required

·         Valid Driver License is required. 

·         Building materials or construction experience required; two-years customer service experience preferred. 

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Odoo V18, Click-Up, etc. preferred. 

·         Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive information, as well as customer issues. 

·         Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 

·         Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment that can adapt to shift in priorities. 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Summertown Metals LLC offers competitive wages contingent upon experience, education, and skills.  

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday from 7 am to 5 pm with overtime, as needed.  This role will also be “on call” on the weekends.
