- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes based on restaurant recipes and standards
- Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
