*Responsibilities:*

•  Assist plumbers and technicians to install, repair and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings 

•  Prepare the working area according to the layout of plumbing and HVAC systems, water supply, and waste and drainage systems

•  Carry tools, materials, and equipment and clean up the work area when the job is complete

•  Tasks include drilling holes, digging trenches, cutting pipe, assisting in troubleshooting, and installing fixtures

•  Use personal protective safety gear and follow all company safety practices at all times

•  Locate, load, and maintain stocked items in vans

•  Properly use and store all equipment & tools

•  Maintain and improve shop cleanliness, organization, and flow

•  Verify and put away incoming stocked & upcoming job parts

•  Keep all stocked & upcoming job parts organized, labeled, and in the proper location

•  Able to work in awkward positions in different situations like in crawl spaces, work on roofs, deep ditches sometimes working alone for extended periods

•  When needed, willing to work some nights, weekends, and long hours, possibly On-Call with a plumber or HVAC technician

•  Physically able to perform heavy lifting from time to time

•  Pick up & deliver parts/materials as needed

•  Be willing to do whatever you are asked to do at any time with a positive can-do attitude
