Payentry offers human capital management services and solutions to employers across the U.S. We help our clients improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support their employees through modern payroll, insurance, hr, and benefits solutions. As part of this effort, we are looking for a Zoho CRM Platform Administrator to help stabilize and strengthen our CRM environment as part of a broader rebuild initiative.

About the Role
This role will serve as our Zoho administrator, working across sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to improve platform reliability, governance, user adoption, and integration quality. We are looking for someone who combines strong hands-on Zoho administration experience with the ability to support internal training, enforce platform standards, and coordinate technical dependencies across systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer and optimize Zoho CRM, including fields, layouts, workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards, and reporting
  • Establish governance standards for platform changes, data quality, user access, and release management
  • Support end users through onboarding, training, documentation, SOPs, and office hours
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve platform adoption and long-term maintainability
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Zoho and other business systems
  • Help ensure CRM design supports scalability, data integrity, and operational consistency
  • Enable the Payentry IT team to support the Zoho platform after the contract period for this role has ended

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM administration, business systems, RevOps, or CRM transformation roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho workflows, automation, permissions, reporting, and related applications
  • Experience with integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication patterns
  • A track record of building user adoption through training, governance, and documentation
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners

Experience in post-merger, fast-changing, or multi-entity environments is a plus.
