KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Repair and preform preventative maintenance of wash machines and all equipment in and around the facility
• Keep records of parts used and submit for reorder
• Work safely and efficiently with minimal guidance
• Keep all parts of the operation and building in good working order
• Communicate with shift supervisor /plant management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing maintenance/mechanic (not building maintenance)
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Required
o VFDs
o Electric 110v, 220v, 480v
o Voltmeter use
o Photo eyes, limit switches, proximity switches
o Conveyors
o Pneumatics
o Bearing replacement
o Motor/gearbox replacement
• Recommended Knowledge
o Welding TIG, MIG, stick
o PLC
o Forklift Operating
o Fabrication
o Relays
o Contactor/motor starters
o Automation
Monday thru Friday 12pm to 8pm
$20.00 to $25.00 based on experience plus $3.00 bonus per hour.
