Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Paralegal
The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Medical Malpractice, nursing home negligence, and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) abuse and neglect cases. - Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
- Prepare cases for trial and attend with attorneys throughout the trial.
- Assist with organizing, drafting, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
- Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses timely and efficient.
- Preparation of other Pleadings, Motions, Complaints, and Orders, under the supervision of attorneys, as needed.
- Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents, including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
- Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
- Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
- Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices.
- Contact clients, judges, and opposing counsel.

- $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year.

Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience as a Florida Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP).
- Experience in the preparation of cases for trial.
- Attending the Trial with attorneys and assisting throughout the trial.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
- Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
