Pit Crew / Pit Master

Our Team Members learn all restaurant positions which include cutting and preparing our delicious meats, preparing our side items, operating POS system and general cash handling, prep work, keeping the premises clean and stocked, and most importantly providing a great experience to every guest!

Qualifications

•  Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds).
• Reliable - do not miss work
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Exhibit a sense of urgency
• Great Team Work Spirit
• Previous food prep or line cook experience preferred
• Restaurant / Kitchen experience a plus
• Knife skills a plus

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times.
• Must take orders from customers accurately and professionally
• Must assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order.
• Crew members must process large orders for events.
• Clean your station thoroughly before, during & after each shift.
• Help prepare sides, meats, sauces, etc. according to Dickeys standards and recipes
• Keep dining area and back of house clean at all times.
• Keep dining and back of house stocked at all times.
• Work the POS system
• Dishes
• Responsible for greeting all guests and taking orders (Call In, Dine In, Take Out & Online)
• Must have the ability to Multi-task under pressure and communicate effectively with management and team members
• Follow all Health and safety guidelines
• Flexible schedule, available to work, days, nights, holidays and weekends
• Reliable transportation
