Job Title: Picker/Packer Associate     Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $15 per hour, $250 signing bonus, after successful completion of first 90 days!!  

Position Summary:

This role's main responsibility will be to pick the items from the bins appropriately.  Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to the success of this role.

 Position Responsibilities:

·       Contribute to the warehouse team: help organize, pack and clean Hub work areas daily

·       Read pick tickets and correctly pick items based on orders

·       Ensure quality items are put into every single box during packing

·       Pack every box efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team and the Supervisor

·       Assist with Inventory & Returns as needed

·       Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way.

·       Effectively communicate needs, ideas, and questions with Team Members and Managers, to always ensure operational efficiency

·       Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:

·       High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required

·       High attention to detail

·       Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment

·       Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

·       Ability to respond to frequent demands of high-profile customers

Position Details:

The position is for 40 hours per week. Candidate must be able to work 8+ hours a day, stand on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift and carry 20+ pounds.
