Physician Liaison

Growing Radiology practice seeking a highly experienced Physician Liaison to deliver exceptional customer service and provider relations to join our team. 

This is a full-time, salary-exempt, opportunity. 

The Physician Liaison will be responsible for an assigned region in which the daily expectation is to engage in practice development activity with the referring community. The Physician Liaison will identify new opportunities in addition to maintaining the current relationships to increase radiology referrals.

 Responsibilities:

·    Daily in person activity in the referring community with a defined amount

·    Educate referring community on brand identity

·    Lead demonstration and training of the image web portal in the referring offices

·    Track activity in a companywide CRM system

·    Organize and or participate in healthcare events across the CMI enterprise

·    Develop innovative ways to connect with target audiences

·    Leverage analytical data gathering

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

·    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

·    5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management

·    Proficient using Microsoft and Google Suites and various marketing software (ERAD, CRM, Web Portals)

·    Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen

·    A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

·    Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize 

·    Supreme customer service skills
