Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Located in Toms River, Lacey, Manahawkin, Brick, Bayville, Tinton Falls, and Little Egg Harbor; Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine offers a multidisciplinary approach to treating every patient.

We are currently looking for a full-time PTA

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Physical Therapists by assisting and instructing patients.
• Assist patients with all phases of PT treatment and techniques to include:
• Exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living and all machines in our office.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Provide effective communication to Physicians as required.
• Monitor supplies, inform management of supply shortages.
• Inform management of any broken equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Applicant must be PTA licensed.
