AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Lafayette is seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PT) for an eight week period.  The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program which best meets that patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve that goal.  All Physical Therapy treatments and modalities are in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care, at all times.  This is a temporary eight week position which requires one weekend shift per month.

Job Requirements

• Maintains a current Louisiana State Physical Therapist License in good standing
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Additional languages are desirable.
• Basic computer knowledge.
