Alpine Breeze Health & Wellness is a busy 154-bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with spacious therapy spaces. Our facility provides extraordinary Alzheimer's care with a secure unit, bariatric care, hemodialysis care, tracheostomy care, and wound care among others. We are very excited about our upcoming facility and therapy gym renovation. We have a compassionate and dedicated nursing team who collaborates closely with therapy, and a fun, high-energy in-house therapy team with veteran therapists who are dedicated to our residents and patients and improving their quality of life. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short-term rehab patients as well as long-term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated staff. We seek a PTA who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient-centered clinical programming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.
Our portfolio of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities in the Kansas City and Buchanon County regions is under new ownership and excellent leadership. We are in the process of making positive changes including building in-house therapy programs, honoring competitive compensation and benefits for our amazing staff, improving the physical plant of our facilities where needed, and working hard to become the providers of choice in our community. Requirements of the job:
- Valid state license
- Completion of accredited therapy program
- Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
