Physical Therapist (Ortho/Sports)

Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Stoughton, MA is looking for a skilled and team-oriented physical therapist to join our growing team! Our comprehensive team consists of physical therapists, strength & conditioning specialists, and certified personal trainers dedicated to providing the best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. Both of our unique facilities include fully-equipped sports performance centers for high-level athlete rehabilitation and performance training, including advanced training equipment and large turf training surfaces for return-to-sport rehab. 

The ideal candidate will have a current PT license for MA and at least 1 year of clinical experience in an orthopedic and sports outpatient setting but less experienced PTs and new grads are welcome to apply. Board-certification (OCS or SCS), CSCS certification, or the interest in pursuing board-certification in the future are a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and a high level of professionalism and passion for ortho/sports PT are all essential.

Elite offers a personalized, one-on-one treatment model to allow you to provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients except in very unusual circumstances. We also do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. Our comprehensive facility includes a full-service fitness center and sports performance center.
