Job Title: Phlebotomist (12-Week Contract)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist for a 12-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care skills, experience with blood collection, and familiarity with Athena EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with accuracy and efficiency
• Properly label, process, and transport specimens
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Accurately document patient information and procedures in Athena EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Previous phlebotomy experience required
• Experience with Athena EMR system required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
