Job Overview:

The Patient Success Maestro at Sweetgrass Pharmacy is a customer support wizard up front.  This role is the first point of contact at the Pharmacy and provides patients with an impression unlike any other pharmacy.  Want to gain more experience in the pharmacy world?  Want to get a better understanding of what compounding is?  If yes, this position is for you!!!!! We have full-time and part-time onsite positions available.  Saturday work is on a rotation.

Things You Will Do:

• Provide a Greeting to Patients and Customers like they've never been greeted before and handle all transactions.
• Maintain the retail area up front.  Organization is a quality we look for.
• Become an expert in retail items.  Learn from the best at Sweetgrass!!!
• Engage a Pharmacist to speak with a patient for any specific medication related questions.
