Pharmacists (Inpatient & Outpatient) – Phoenix VA Health Care System

Veterans Engineering is seeking licensed Pharmacists to provide inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. This long-term contract offers stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to directly impact the lives of our nation’s Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and verify medications for inpatient & outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Support safe medication therapy and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain required training, CEUs, and VA credentialing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D.).
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state/territory.
• Controlled substances license eligibility.
• Completion of VA credentialing, background check, BLS/ACLS training prior to start.
