Petroleum Service Technician

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for an energetic, hardworking experienced Petroleum Service Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The primary duties of a Petroleum Service Technician are to perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment (fuel dispensers), provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner and maintain excellent safety standards.

Responsibilities: 

• Take daily directions from the Service Manager or Service Dispatcher on calls to be performed 

• Follow and abide by D&H United Fueling Solutions’ service call procedures 

• Respond to after-hours emergency service requests for "site down" or other priority situations in an on-call rotation 

• Meet response time parameters for repair types 

• Maintain a company furnished vehicle and inventory of repair parts 

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions 

• Completing online and classroom training courses, including regular re-certifications 

• Follow all customer protocols and procedures including customer’s safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site 

• Communicate with warehouse personnel to verify inventory and replenish what is needed on truck 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED (required) 

• 1-year experience in petroleum related service, will provide training 

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
