Petroleum Service Technician

Be the fueling system expert: You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gas pumps (dispensers), point-of-sale systems, card lock systems, and other equipment at gas stations and fueling facilities. This includes: 

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems using specialized tools and techniques. 

Repairing faulty components or replacing them as needed. 

Ensuring all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards. 

Calibrating pumps for accurate fuel dispensing. 

Keep things running smoothly: You will play a key role in preventing downtime by performing preventative maintenance tasks like: 

Inspecting equipment for wear and tear. 

Replacing filters and other routine maintenance items. 

Identifying potential problems before they cause significant issues. 

Respond to emergencies: As part of an on-call rotation, you will be responsible for handling after-hours emergency service requests for critical situations like "site down" events where gas pumps are not functioning. 

Deliver exceptional customer service: You will interact directly with gas station owners and operators, providing clear explanations of issues and repairs while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. You will also ensure adherence to all safety protocols at customer sites.

High school diploma or GED. 

Certified in one or more of the following: Gilbarco/Wayne dispenser, Gasboy fleet, Passport, Veeder-Root, Verifone (required). 

Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills  

Previous Field Service Experience highly desired  

Clean driving record (must pass drug test, background check, & DMVR check).
