Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention techniques and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Operate machinery, power tools, and hand tools as needed for various pest control tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and support overall company goals.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
