• Monitor and report changes in client condition
  
  

• Use mobile apps to document care and track schedules
  
  

• Prior experience as a caregiver,personal care assistant, home health aide, or certified nursing assistant (preferred, not required)

• Driver’s license (preferred but not required)

• A heart for in-home care and working with the elderly

• Dependability, reliability, empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills

• The ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Comfort using basic caregiver scheduling apps and technology

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends or evenings

• Successfully complete all pre-screening hiring requirements
