More to Say, LLC is a pediatric development and therapy center offering speech + language, feeding, and occupational therapy services as well as holistic enrichment programs and homeschooling classes. We are currently expanding to offer physical therapy in order to better serve our patient needs. We are committed to empowering all children to live happy, fulfilling lives by supporting families and providing a positive environment that encourages growth through a collaborative team approach. Our team consists of clinicians and administrative staff dedicated to working with children and providing the highest quality services.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork. Full-time and part-time opportunities available!

Main job responsibilities include: 
  • Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children with developmental and motor delays and disorders
  • Developing individualized home education programs
  • Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
  • Coordinating care with other health professionals
  • Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs in-line with the mission of More to Say
  • Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role

Job Requirements
  • Must love working with children!
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reliable and motivated
  • Quick learner and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (or appropriate alternative)
  • Current state physical therapy license (CT)
