Pediatric In-Home Nurse (RN/LPN) – Supportive Team, Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed)

• Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach

• New graduates welcome - comprehensive training provided for trach, vents, G/J tubes, and more through internal skills lab.
