We are currently looking for FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATORS SEASONAL POSITION AT OUR LAC LA BICHE AURORA PEAT PRODUCTS LOCATION  

On a daily basis this person will be responsible for:

• Working safely and in accordance with OH&S procedures and guidelines
• Repetitive harvesting tasks, extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Operation of farm equipment, tillage implements, tractors, and general peat harvesting equipment.
• Performing routine maintenance and inspection on equipment
• Regular land maintenance, assistance with preventative measures for inventory and storage of peat moss as assigned by supervisors. 
• Punctual & Reliable
• Exposed to weather conditions, dusty work environment
• Good communication, organizational and time management skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Other duties as required
