PC Technician

PC Technician Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide support for desktop computers and laptops Windows 7 and Windows 10 experience required
• Ability to troubleshoot broken desktop computers and laptops replacing hardware as needed (A+ certification helpful)
• Create new users within an Active Directory environment
• General knowledge of Windows Server and domain functions required
• Special consideration given to candidates with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange experience
• Basic understanding of computer networks, ability to configure and deploy wireless devices
• Install and configure network printers as well as device drivers and PC software
• Update and troubleshoot iPads and other mobile devices (knowledge of MDM concepts helpful)
• Past experience configuring Active-Sync on Android and Apple products a plus
• Understanding of network shares, folder(s) and how to configure proper user permissions
• Great customer service attitude when dealing with users
• Strong written and verbal communication required
• Capable of working in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Quick learner and willingness to take on new challenges a must
• Ability to lift printers, servers etc…
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
