Payroll Specialist
Job Summary
All American Home Care LLC is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely compensation for our employees, maintain precise payroll records, and handle related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department regarding new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other payroll-related changed.
- Manage electronic payroll systems and ensure the proper distribution of paychecks or direct deposits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, providing information and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and relevant legal regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications & software (e.g., Oracle, Kronos)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.
