Call Center Data Analyst
We are actively seeking a Sales Administrator/Data Analyst to collect and report key data from the inside sales call center department, providing insights into how processes and results can be improved. This role will analyze key metrics for overall production, use data to solve problems, format leads to support lead distribution, create reports for management, and provide administrative support as needed. If you like working as part of a team and have experience using Excel spreadsheets and Google Sheets, this job will be a great fit.
Job Duties:
● Collect and report key department data and statistical studies
● Deliver analysis and statistical reports of metrics, goals, and performance to management
● Develop reporting and analytics that support department planning and forecasting
● Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements to improve department efficiency
● Scrub and format leads to aide with overall lead distribution
● Understand call center reviews and encourage continuous improvement through measurements and involvement
● Assist with administrative duties as needed
● Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Associate degree or higher
● At least 1 year of sales or call center experience
● At least 2 years of data entry and data analysis experience
● Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Applications
● High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets software
● Basic CRM knowledge
● Sales background preferred
● Excellent documentation and communication skills as well as the ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet firm deadlines
