Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Assist clients in developing their skills to effectively utilize our platform
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the implementation process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Provide comprehensive training on system functionality and address client needs and requests
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform’s capabilities to effectively engage clients
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery
  • Utilize our technology to support payroll, time & attendance, HR, and other client needs

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll service experience
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude
  • Ability to influence and effectively challenge thinking to foster improvements
  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Curiosity and critical thinking—ability to ask engaging questions and seek continuous learning
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
