Patient Care Coordinator/Optometric Assistant/Optical Dispenser

Dorchester Optometry is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/Optometric Assistant/Optical Dispenser to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a previous background in the optometric industry, as well as strong customer service and communication skills. You are reliable, a team player and possess a positive attitude. You have a strong work ethic and enjoy making a difference!

Previous experience with pretesting, including Visual Fields/OCT, contact lenses, and frame dispensary knowledge within an optometric environment is an asset. Previous experience with electronic medical records, booking appointments, and telephone reception is also an asset. Training can be provided for the ideal candidate.
