As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly, professional attitude
✔️ Scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently
✔️ Conducting pre-testing and assisting optometrists with examinations
✔️ Educating patients on eyewear options and lens technologies
✔️ Handling insurance billing and processing payments
✔️ Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space
