Are you an experienced medical office professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? The Hearing & Dizziness Clinic is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a dedicated and mature individual to join our Essex location 3 to 4 days a week as a Patient Care Coordinator.  

What We’re Looking For:  

We’re seeking candidates with prior experience in a medical office who thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional care to patients, we want to hear from you!  

Your Role:  

- Billing insurances and processing payments  

- Scheduling appointments with precision and care  

- Answering calls and supporting patient inquiries  

- Collaborating with our dynamic team to enhance patient experiences  

Training & Growth:  

Intensive hands-on training will be provided at our Amherstburg location for at least two months to set you up for success in your new role.
