Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Collect patient information and demographics
- Collect patient balances
- Efficiently manage the Provider's schedules
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- MD Receptionist: 3 years (Required)
- Medical or Therapy office front desk: 1 year (Required)
