Parts Manager

Lyons Mechanical Services, a premier provider of commercial HVAC service, is looking for a Parts Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, KY!

As a Parts Manager, you would be responsible for ordering parts, receiving parts, delivering parts, and maintain constant communication with Service Technicians and Service Coordinators. 

Our ideal candidate would have great customer service skills, organizational skills, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain parts pricing for quotes, price the quotes, and maintain documentation in order to be sent to clients
• Order all parts for the assigned service technician using the most cost effective method
• Maintain proper inventory as required to operate efficiently and effectively
• Receive equipment and maintain organization of all received equipment
• Ensure that the warehouse is neat, organized, and up to company standards

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Certification
• Valid Driver's License
