Parts Coordinator

Fidelity Power Systems, one of the nation's largest distributors of Kohler Generators and Power Systems, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our expanding team based in the Sparks, MD area .

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle of parts services from ordering, invoicing, distribution and all relevant paperwork.

Essential Functions:

• Obtain parts necessary through purchaser to complete all required work in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper inventory levels within the warehouse as required
• Rolling inventory checks and counts must be performed weekly.
• Process all parts order forms and quoted work as needed.
• Order in parts and material required for work load.
• Stage material required for scheduled work and confirm all is received
• Assist - Customer Service Rep - Process all additional service work as effectively as possible as to not delay repairs for the customer.
• Keep accurate track of parts on order and call on any parts that have become delayed.
• Process all warranty claims as required by Kohler and FPS 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a parts/warehouse environment
• Customer service experience is a plus
