System Service and Engineering is looking for a Parts Assistant to join our team in Lynn Haven, FL! We are a top tier mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services company for commercial facilities throughout Northwest Florida.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Order and track parts.
• Assign sales opportunities to the Service Sales Team.
• Enter and manage sales opportunities in our CRM system.
• Keep the Rev Chart up-to-date with lead times and arrivals.
• Provide real-time ETA updates to Operations and customers.
• Verify all parts and materials for each work order.
• Maintain and organize the warranty filing database.
• Coordinate warranty part returns.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through top-tier service.
• Solve problems like a pro with quick thinking and resourcefulness.
• Handle additional duties to contribute to our company’s ongoing success.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• General trade knowledge, experience in the HVAC industry a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with a knack for multitasking
• Professional, trustworthy, and dependable
• Polished appearance and outstanding work ethic
