Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibility Highlights include:

· Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.

· Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.

· Evaluates results of occupational therapy.

· Complete discharge planning.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Minimum Qualifications:

· Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
