Elite Health and Fitness is seeking a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Stretch Professional to join our team. As a Stretch Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized stretching sessions to our gym members, helping them improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one stretching sessions with gym members, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Assess clients' flexibility levels and develop tailored stretching routines to address specific areas of concern.
- Guide clients through safe and effective stretching techniques, ensuring proper form and alignment.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and provide recommendations for at-home stretching routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized stretching area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and session notes for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in stretching techniques and methodologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate positive relationships with gym members.
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited certification in personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in providing stretching services or personal training is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and stretching principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
