PART TIME SECURITY GUARD

Hours: Part-time, Approx. 20-30 hours per week, 3-5 Days a week; earliest shift start time 6:00 am, 3:00 pm, latest shift time 11:00 pm, 6:00 am. Some overnight shifts may be required. 

Shift Expectations: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

The Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests, team members, and visitors across the Bavarian Inn Lodge, including the Conference Center, Bavarian Blast, all food and beverage areas, guest rooms, and the Family Fun Center. This position works closely with and supports the Manager on Duty (MOD) department, responding to incidents and assisting during escalated situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred.

CPR training and certification are required. (Classes will be provided for those who are not certified before being hired)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Observant and detail-oriented.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Dependable and self-motivated.

Physically able to patrol for extended periods.

Basic computer and report-writing skills.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.

UNIFORM:           Female: Black pants or skirt,  Black polo (black or white socks with black leather shoes or work boots, no mesh)

Male: Black dress slacks, Black polo (black or white socks with black leather shoes or work boots, no mesh).
